How talents work in WoW Forever
Every class has its own talent trees. From level 10 to 60 you earn one talent point per level — 51 points in total, spent across the trees of your class.
The first row of a tree is open from the start. Each further row opens after 5 more points in that tree, so the last row needs 30 points in it.
Some talents require another one: that talent has to be at its full rank first.
These rules are read from the client data of the beta; the calculator applies exactly them. Blizzard can still change them before release.

Questions about talents
How many talent points do you get in WoW Forever?
51 — one per level from level 10 to 60.
When does the next talent row open?
After 5 points in the same tree. The last row needs 30 points in that tree.
Can I share a talent build?
Yes. The calculator writes the build into its link: copy the link, and whoever opens it sees the same build and can change it.
Can I take points out again?
In the calculator, yes: right-click or long-press a talent to remove a point, or reset the whole build. A point stays while a talent that requires it, or a later row that needs it for its threshold, still holds points.
