Provimedia GmbH is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 (1) no. 1 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).

The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform) was discontinued with effect from 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). There is therefore no longer a link to it.

The paintings and the video on this site are our own AI-generated works and are labelled as such (see How our images are made). Lore sections based on the Warcraft Wiki are licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 and are marked accordingly with a source link.
