You conclude the Supporter subscription at a distance; as a consumer you therefore have a statutory right of withdrawal (Sections 312g (1) and 355 of the German Civil Code, BGB). The instruction below follows the wording of the statutory German model (Annex 1 to Art. 246a Section 1 (2) sentence 2 EGBGB) in translation; the German version is legally binding.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Provimedia GmbH, Weidenweg 12, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, phone +49 7142 9170511, email info@provimedia.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online under "Withdraw from contract" in your account on gamenavigator.ai (/supporter/withdraw). If you use this online function, we will send you without delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), an acknowledgement of receipt containing the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The Supporter subscription is a service that, at your request, we begin immediately after the conclusion of the contract and therefore before the withdrawal period ends. Under Section 356 (5) no. 2 BGB your right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the service if, before performance began, you expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your awareness that your right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance by us. You give this consent and confirmation on the order page via a separate checkbox; we record it in the order confirmation (Section 312f BGB).
Because the subscription runs month by month, the service is not yet completely performed within the 14-day withdrawal period. In practice this means: you can withdraw within 14 days and then pay only the share of the monthly price that corresponds to the days used up to the withdrawal (Section 357a (2) BGB). At EUR 4.99 for a month of 30 days that is about EUR 0.17 per day.
