These terms apply to the Supporter subscription on GameNavigator.ai. Everything else on GameNavigator, that is guides, database, talent calculator, character import and the navigator with its basic quota, is free and requires no contract with us. This is a courtesy translation; the German version is legally binding.

1. Contracting party and scope

The contracting party is Provimedia GmbH, Weidenweg 12, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, represented by its managing director Alexander Weipprecht (Amtsgericht Stuttgart, HRB 723875), referred to as "we" below. Further details are in the Imprint.

The Supporter subscription is offered to consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB) and businesses. These terms apply in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. Deviating terms of yours do not become part of the contract.

2. Service

For the term of the subscription, the Supporter subscription includes:

  1. No advertising. On GameNavigator you see no ads in any browser in which you are signed in; the advertising code is not loaded for your account.
  2. Higher navigator quota. Your account may ask the navigator 100 questions per day instead of 20 (calendar day, UTC). We may raise these numbers; if we lower them, section 7 applies.
  3. Build synchronisation of your talent builds across your devices, as soon as this feature is released. It is not an owed part of the service until it is enabled.

The Supporter subscription expressly includes no services based on data from Blizzard's developer interfaces (Battle.net API). Everything that comes from game data remains the same and free for all users: guides, database, talent calculator and the character import via the export string of our companion addon. The additional quota relates solely to our own AI service.

3. Conclusion of contract

  1. The subscription requires a GameNavigator account (email address, name, password).
  2. On the "Become a Supporter" page you see the service and the price. Clicking "Become a Supporter" takes you to the payment page of our payment provider Stripe. There you enter your payment details and review your order; you can correct entries in the fields of the payment page until you submit, or abort with "Back".
  3. By clicking the button labelled "order with obligation to pay" (or an equivalent wording) you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment and we confirm your order by email; at the latest when your account is activated as a Supporter.
  4. We send you the contract text (these terms, your order, the withdrawal instruction) with the confirmation email. We store it; in the customer portal you can see your invoices and the status of your subscription.
  5. The contract languages are German and English; in case of discrepancies the German version prevails. We have not submitted to any codes of conduct.

4. Price and payment

  1. The Supporter subscription costs EUR 4.99 per month including statutory VAT. There are no further costs.
  2. The amount is due in advance at the beginning of each billing month and is collected via the payment method stored with Stripe. The payment page shows the available payment methods.
  3. A price change only applies to billing months that begin after your express consent. If you do not consent, the subscription continues at the previous price or you cancel.
  4. If a payment fails, we inform you by email and retry the charge. If payment is not made, the subscription ends at the end of the period already paid; the account remains free of charge.

5. Term and cancellation

  1. The subscription runs for one month and renews for one further month at a time unless cancelled beforehand.
  2. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month. Until then the Supporter benefits remain; there is no refund for the remainder of the paid month unless you withdraw under section 6 or cancel for a reason we are responsible for.
  3. You can cancel via the button "Cancel contracts here" in the footer of every page (/supporter/cancel-contract) followed by the confirmation "cancel now" (Section 312k BGB), in the Stripe customer portal (in your account under "Manage subscription") or by email to the address in the imprint. We immediately confirm by email the receipt of your cancellation, the cancellation date and the end of the contract.
  4. We may cancel the subscription with two weeks' notice to the end of a billing month, for example if we discontinue the Supporter offer. Time already paid for that can no longer be used is refunded pro rata.
  5. The right of both parties to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons. The full instruction with the model withdrawal form is on the page Right of Withdrawal. If you request that the Supporter benefits start immediately and therefore before the withdrawal period ends, then in the event of withdrawal you pay the share of the monthly price that corresponds to the days used up to the withdrawal (Section 357a (2) BGB).

7. Availability and changes

  1. GameNavigator is a fan project during the game's beta phase. We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee any specific availability; maintenance windows, disruptions at upstream providers (hosting, AI providers, payment provider) and outages we are not responsible for may temporarily restrict the service.
  2. The navigator is an AI system. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong; it does not replace your own verification. The quota refers to requests, not to a particular quality of the answer.
  3. We may develop the service further and change features as long as the service promised in section 2 is preserved. If we materially restrict the ad-free view or the quota, you may terminate extraordinarily from the announcement onwards; time already paid for that can no longer be used is refunded pro rata.
  4. The statutory warranty rights apply to the digital service owed under the contract (Sections 327 et seq. BGB).

8. Use of the account

  1. Keep your credentials secret and sign out when you use someone else's device. An account is intended for one person.
  2. The quota must not be extended through multiple accounts, automated requests or technical circumvention. The navigator must not be used to generate content that violates laws or third-party rights, or to impair our systems.
  3. In the event of a serious violation we may suspend the account after a warning; the right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

9. Liability

  1. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent of a guarantee we have given.
  2. In the case of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely (cardinal obligation), and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time of its conclusion.
  3. Otherwise liability is excluded. This provision also applies to our legal representatives and vicarious agents.

10. Relationship to Blizzard Entertainment

GameNavigator is a fan project and is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.; the Supporter subscription is not offered or endorsed by Blizzard. World of Warcraft® and Blizzard Entertainment® are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in the U.S. and/or other countries. Your game account with Blizzard and the terms applying to it are unaffected by this contract.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future billing months where there is a valid reason (for example a change in the law, a change of service under section 7 or a change of payment provider) and the change does not unreasonably disadvantage you. We announce the change by email at least four weeks before it takes effect and point out your right to cancel. If you do not cancel before it takes effect, the amended version applies to the following months; the price and the core service under section 2 do not change this way.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

  1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remain available to you.
  2. The place of jurisdiction is the statutory one. If you are a business, the registered office of Provimedia GmbH is the place of jurisdiction.
  3. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 (1) no. 1 of the German VSBG). The EU platform for online dispute resolution was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228).
