Dalaran Access and a Quick Clarification
Wowhead reports that Horde players are no longer locked out of Dalaran in WoW: Forever. After completing the new City of Dalaran dungeon, Horde characters can finish a short quest to gain access to the city. However, Josh Greenfield has since clarified on X (Twitter) that Horde having full access to Dalaran isn't actually intended, and the matter will be looked at by the developers.
Legacy Points Testing
In the latest beta build, all characters have been granted 16 Legacy Points so players can test the new Legacy Points talent tree. This change was also noted in Blizzard's development notes for the build, which additionally mention a buff to dungeon experience.
Item and Reward Adjustments
Several item-related changes landed in this build. The Wolfshead Helm, a popular Druid item, has been nerfed. Truthseeker's Bow now requires level 40 to use, a change that affects Hunters who previously could equip it earlier. Quest rewards from the new Excavation Site: Wetlands dungeon have been reduced in rarity, continuing a pattern of dungeon quest reward adjustments. On the other hand, crafted Enchanting wand sell prices, which had previously been nerfed to sell for only one copper, have now been partially un-nerfed.
Class Changes and Other Tweaks
Wowhead also details new class changes in this build, covering Priests, Warlocks, Mages, and other classes. Separately, the durability loss penalty from resurrecting at a Spirit Healer has been reduced in Beta Build 4.
New Leveling Guides
Mobalytics has published a Beast Mastery Hunter leveling guide covering levels 1 through 30, including talents and rotations. A separate Mobalytics guide covers Balance Druid leveling from level 1 to 60.
