Three things changed on GameNavigator, and you can use each of them right away.
A news roundup every morning
The News section now fills itself. Every morning a short roundup of the latest WoW: Forever news appears there. It brings together reports from several gaming sites, is written in our own words, and lists every source it used, so you can always go to the original.
Before a roundup goes live, a second AI model checks each statement against those sources. What it cannot back up does not appear. The roundup comes in English and German, and it says plainly that no person read it before it was published.
33 guides, open to read
33 guides are now public under Guides. They cover talents for nine classes, nine dungeons, the raids Hyjal Summit and Barrow Deeps, four zones, leveling routes, professions and gold, add-ons, the release date and the beta, and a FAQ.
The Navigator can use these guides as sources for its answers. Before, it had almost nothing to draw on and often had to tell you that it could not back up what it said.
You decide whether we count your visit
On your first visit a small notice now asks whether we may count which pages get read. We use Matomo for this, running on our own server, and nothing goes to anyone else.
Until you click "Allow", nothing is loaded and nothing is measured. "Decline" is exactly as easy, and your choice is remembered. You can change your mind at any time with the link at the bottom of every page.
